Article 11 – Finding of Prevailing Rate

This Board finds that the salary rates provided herein are the salaries or wages which prevail for the same quality of service rendered to public employers and private persons, firms, or corporations under similar employment, in case such prevailing salary or wage can be ascertained in accordance with the provisions of the Charter of the County of Alameda.
